This subject will deal with how you view yourself. Think about this. Do you have an opinion of yourself? The answer should be, NO. Why? Because while it may seem pedantic, the language we use affects us in many different ways. If I asked you to define what an opinion is, how would you answer? To me an opinion is a thought or idea that is said without certainty. Thus, rather than have an opinion of ourselves, we should believe in ourselves. It is surprising how many people I talk to have very broad and lengthy opinions about themselves. If they believed it then they could begin to live it.
