Dream Analysis

Do your dreams mean anything?

Yes, your dreams do mean something. But the meanings of your dreams are far simpler than you may have previously thought. Before we go any further, I must first explain the subtle differences between dreams and visions.

Dreams & Visions - The difference

The main difference between dreams and visions are the state of 'awareness' of the person. Dreams occur in the sleep state, while a Vision will occur in the pre sleep state.

I believe Visions can be true indicators of future events, but the interpretation is a key area that needs further attention. I understand that the new Particle Collider in Switzerland is looking for the 'God Particle' or Higgs Boson. This is the particle that is theorised to give everything mass. Listed among all the items on the agenda for discovery at the CERN Physics Lab is Dark Matter. Science knows this exists; in fact scientists can prove that it exists but they have not been able to find it to 'touch it'. Dark matter is most likely made up of the 'mirrored' 36 particles, the mirror of the 36 particles that have been found thus far to make up the structure of an atom. This parallel dimension discovery, I believe, will be a key link to discovering the science behind visions and the human soul, no less.

How do you tell the difference between a Dream and a Vision?

As I mentioned above, there are two distinct times when these will occur. It doesn't mean you will notice, but it is at these times that they will occur. Dreams and Visions have the similar property of happening but not necessarily are they 'visible'. I believe that they are noticed when they need to be.

Dreams - Understanding the Communications

Communication between humans occurs when it needs to. In a given situation, if you have a message to convey, you speak up. If you don't have a message, you say...nothing. And so it is with our Dreams. When they are there it is because they have something to 'say' and you should listen.

When we have dreams, they can take many forms. They can be a recall of real events that have occurred. They can be a mash of events that have occurred. Or they can portray memories from years before mixed with memories from yesterday.

Dreams are a communications from the brain. Every day we live life and fill our brain with memories. These memories are stored in our filing system that we can manipulate. This manipulation can be made via our Object Set, Emotion Set and our Belief Code. As part of our Object Code (An Object Code is a reference within our Object Set)we have contextual meanings. Let's just say for example that you completey disagree with having an animal, such as a dog, inside the home. You go and visit a friend and as soon as you walk in, there is Ralphy, the pet poodle, tongue hanging out, licking at your ankles. Now this is a direct confrontation with your contextual meaning for where a dog belongs. Now here is the dilemma. You disagree with the dog being in your friend house. But since you respect the space of others, you say nothing. You go into the house and have a cup of tea and chat about the days events. Ralphy has a go at licking your ankles several times, but you smile as you brush his curly haired butt out of the way.

Tonight...you will dream and it will probably wake you up.

Part 1

In your first dream, a friend comes over to your house. He tells you that your curtains are pale like someone in the morgue. You reel back at this insidious comment, but say nothing. You just walk into the next room and sit down. Your friend walks in and sits down with you and you stare at each other for what seems like an eternity. You can feel yourself getting so angry at the comment he made that soon you will blow steam. SNAP.

Part 2

Then in your second dream you're driving down Venice Boulevarde in a car that goes much faster than your real one. It sounds like you have 300 hundred real horses stampeding under there. You pull up at an intersection, and a little old lady walks across the crossing. As she passes your bonnet you notice that her skirt is all tucked up into her pants. You wince and hope that that never happens to you. Then for no apparent reason you are outside of your car, helping the old lady across the road. You take the umbrella from her cart that she dragging behind her and open it up. You tell her what you noticed and shield her from onlookers with the umbrella as she tidies herself up. She thanks you for you kind gesture and you walk back to the car. SNAP.

Dream Communication Part 1: Stand up for yourself. Make sure that even though you don't like interfereing with other people lives, that you don't let others influence and interfere with yours.

Dream Communication Part 2: There are times when your personal rules needs to be broken. There are times when another persons emotional needs are just as or more important than your own.

Our Dreams are a way for our brain to sort out the previous days memories. If there is an emotional discrepency in a memory, the brain will create a scenario in its 'live' world and show it to you via a dream for further action. The greater the emotional discrepency the 'brighter' the dream. Rather than focus on the events of a dream, we need to focus on the emotions. The events are merely a vehicle for the brain to convey emotions. If we focus on the events or objects of the dream, we can become very confused For example, I was dreaming of some girl from the local supermarket and asking her on a date. This does not mean that I should go and do that or think that she is trying to send me a message. Rather it could be exploring my feelings regarding me never having been on a real date.

Dream Analysis can be used to judge your own personal emotional state. To do it use these key points.

  • Question yourself in your dreams. i.e. I wonder why I reacted like that when George commented on my curtains?
  • Look for the emotion aspect in the answers to your questions.
  • Focus on Emotions and NOT events, people or objects
  • Do not read between the lines but rather feel what is being shown.
  • Dreams should not be interpreted to point to anything other than your own Emotional State.
  • Each day we have thoughts. Usually dreams have items that can be referenced to these thoughts.
  • What's the Emotional Connection?
  • What's the Object connection?
  • What's the Belief Code Connection?

Try an analysis of your friend or partners dreams. Remember though, dreams are not the reality of the conscious person. They are a testing ground of emotions and beliefs. So don't take offense.

What Now?

So you think you found the emotional answer you were looking for in your dream. What do you do now? I suggest writing it down and then consciously replay your dream, but with the new emotion directing what happens. So for Part 1, you might replay the dream and instead of walking to the next room, you look your friend George in the eye and say 'I know they look dead...I didn't want your toupee to be lonely.' Take control, go and visit your friend and ask her politely to lock the dog in another room while you are there. Or ask your friend to visit you.

This is just one area of development in getting to know yourself. I hope you have enjoyed it. If you would like, try an analysis of either Part 2 or even you one of your own dreams and send it to me. I would love to have your feedback.
