This topic will deal with communicating with yourself and communicating with others. Communicating with yourself is closely linked to the topic of Thought Processes and the Internal Message Board.

I would like you, in the meantime, to think about this. How much do you know about yourself? Are you working the job you love or the job you have to do? Are you achieving in your life the things you want to achieve or the things that someone else wants you to achieve? Write a list of the people you love. Write a list of your dreams and or goals? Are you on your list of people you love? Knowing more about yourself is the key to being able to communicate with other people. How often does it happen that someone asks you a question about yourself and you reply, 'I don't know.'
